By visiting HolySpirit Sounds™, registering an account, booking studio sessions, renting equipment, or purchasing digital assets, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

All studio recording sessions and consultations booked through our platform require administrative confirmation.

• Rescheduling & Cancellations: Session changes must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time slot.
• Studio Conduct: Respect for engineers, studio equipment, and ministry values is required at all times.

Digital products including audio files, sound packs, and educational courses are delivered instantly to your dashboard upon payment confirmation.

• Guest Checkout: Guest buyers automatically receive temporary dashboard access sent to their checkout email to access downloads.
• Refund Policy: Due to the instant delivery nature of digital goods, sales are final unless a technical defect prevents file delivery.

Rented audio gear, sound systems, and instruments must be returned in full working order by the agreed end date. Renters assume financial responsibility for any physical damage or loss during the rental period.

All trademarks, logos, audio masters, course materials, and branding belonging to HolySpirit Sounds™ are protected under copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial redistribution is strictly prohibited.

HolySpirit Sounds™ reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
